Just had a nice Bike Ride. Wow, what great exercise... Havent biked in a while. Had to jump off and walk my bike up some hills :) heheh. Can really feel it it my legs and worth every bit. I feel like Biking/Walking is so much more beneficial than a Fitness Club, plus its FREE and can walk/ride 24 hours night/day.. plus great scenery, fresh air, sunshine.
